Ivanhoe Apartments

Working on the Ivanhoe Apartments comprised of the steel fabrication framework for the apartments and internal office space.

The structural steel phases included level 4 – 6 façade framing and the roof for mechanical services, level 12 curtain wall framing, level 14 curtain wall framing; including the mechanical plant deck and the maintenance walkway, the secondary steelwork to support Aluminium fins and the substation steelwork.

As our consultant drawings were preliminary, our detailing team worked hands-on with the on site team to ensure the structure satisfied all consultants and BCA.

Our 3-D model allowed the client to engage the curtain wall and service trades early. This helped ensure the new structure incorporated access points and walkways to service and maintain the building long term.
