Apex Welding was proud to rise to the challenge of this architecturally ambitious project. This mixed-use development, featuring ground-floor retail, luxury serviced suites, and commercial spaces demanded precision in detailing, fabrication, and erection. The interplay of sweeping curves and sharp lines across the façades, combined with heritage steel framing, required exceptional craftsmanship and coordination. A standout feature—the external curved staircase spanning the laneway—was a key highlight of the structural steel package.

This was truly an “outside-the-box” fabrication effort, and the Apex Welding team was thrilled to contribute under the expert leadership of the Hacer project team.
